Q. My Package Came Damaged/Defective, What Now?
Please contact our customer service team at support@artifiedcanvas.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide the following information:
a. Order number
b. Clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
c. A brief description of the issue.
We will evaluate the issue and get back to you shortly.
If approved you will be eligible for a replacement product reshipped to you or a full refund via the original payment method.
Q. Where Do You Ship?
At the moment we are only shipping domestically in the United States.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take an addition 7-12 business days.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) and Paypal.
